Bank of Montreal Building, Private Banking

302 Bay Street, Toronto, Ontario

One of the earliest skyscrapers on Toronto's Bay Street, the Bank of Montreal Building has been a financial beacon for close to 100 years. Having participated in a similar restoration for the Bank of Montreal  in downtown Montreal, Quebec, our knowledge and background prepared us for this extensive undertaking. Responsible for the restoration of  the heritage lighting, we also replicated and retrofitted a variety of fixtures bringing them up to today's lighting requirements. Although the premises are now used for private banking, a simple glimpse through the window gives one a sense of what the financial capital of Canada was like close to 100 years ago.
