One of his three concerns was the condition of the brass wreath banding and if it was restorable. The banding was the first component that the workshop examined and restored to ally his concern.

Another one of his concerns was the replacement of missing crystals. The majority of the crystals were intact. Only the crystals on the crown top and below the wreath band of the crown required replacing.  

Finally, his third concern was that the fixture was missing the chain, ceiling plate and mounting bar. Appropriate decorative options were offered. In turn, he was very pleased to have these choices available.
